Elon Musk,the richest man said he invested billions of money in twitter just because he believes (in its potential to be the platform for free speech around the globe). 

Musk thinks, the public company needs to go private, because a public company doesn't give freedom of speech.The billionare also said that he wants to buy Twitter outright, taking it private to restore its commitment to what he terms (free speech).

 

we know that you people will ask many questions like- can he get the money together?,Would a sale make shareholders happy?, And what would the social platform look like if he succeeds?, WHY IS MUSK INTERESTED IN TWITTER?.

well, musk said the service isn't living up to its potential as a (platform for free speech), he wants (make twitter better than ever by enhancing the product with new and latest features and make twitter as a open source for all, avoid the spam bots, and all that makes twitter as a open source.

 


Earlier this month, the man purchased a 9.2 percent stake in twitter. this step make him the second- biggest shareholder in the company.later, Twitter's newly appointed CEO Parag Agrawal welcomed Musk to be a part of the board but the billionare rejected the offer. 

 


And it's done. The billionare now owns Twitter, on omonday Twitter and Musk have arrived at a stage to make a historical deal,and it's done finally.
